We answer product and ingredient questions, order and shipping inquiries, returns, and anything else about the brand. If your question is about dosing, safety, or whether a formula suits a condition you're managing, we'll tell you what's on the label and point you to the research, but we're not clinicians, and questions about your own health belong with your doctor or pharmacist.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Messages sent over a weekend or holiday are answered the next business day.

Before you write, it's worth checking our frequently asked questions: ingredients, third-party testing, shipping, and returns are all covered there. Return and refund eligibility is set out in full on our refund policy page.

For subscription questions: changing your delivery date, skipping an order, or cancelling, email us and we'll take care of it, or manage it directly from your account.

About the Company

Shuven is operated by CalmGut LLC, a United States company, and is currently in pre-launch. Once formulas ship, we will ship throughout the United States. Every formula will be produced under FDA dietary supplement cGMP rules, and every production batch will be third-party tested for identity, potency, and purity before it ships.
